What will you do
avotech is looking for an IT Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for executing technical and business projects across multiple stakeholders, developing analysis to support process and project improvements. You will also develop business requirement documents and specifications involving workflow procedures and processes.
What you bring
• Your knowledge and experience in understanding how technology supports our strategy
• At least 8 years of business analyst experience preferably from financial institution
• Must have high business acumen and results-driven
• Strong experience in delivering either digital or insurance projects would be preferred

• Self-starting and collaborative attitude; ability to thrive in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of a young company that operates globally
• Aptitude to learn quickly, innovate, and challenge the status quo
• A sense of humour, especially when the going gets tough
• A solid dose of resilience and persistence – changing the insurance industry is not easy!
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and highly desirable to have Mandarin
